Our Classes

Jiujitsu Montreal offers a variety of classes unlike anything else in the Montreal West area. Our personal training classes are taught by the head instructors for Agatsu inc the company that introduced Kettlebell training in Canada over 20 years ago. When not teaching at the gym Sara and Shawn can be found giving seminars to trainers around the world who want to study and teach their methods.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Class: Experience the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the guidance of instructors trained by the world-renowned black belt, Henry Akins. Our classes cater to beginners and advanced students, teaching you grappling techniques, ground fighting, and self-defense. Learn in a safe and progressive manner, honing your skills and building confidence in a welcoming atmosphere. Each week we focus on a new area of Jiujitsu training tailoring classes to specifically build your understanding and ability in these areas. Strength & Conditioning Class: Join our Strength & Conditioning classes led by experts Sara-Clare Lajeunesse and Shawn Mozen, of Agatsu.
